 Cancellation

  • You can cancel the order online before the product(s) inside the order has been shipped. Applicable refund against the cancellation order will be credited to your Cosmos wallet, which can be used during your next purchase with us.
  • In case, even if a single product of the order has been shipped, you will not be able to cancel the order (in such cases, users would have to cancel an individual product or complete shipment).
  • In case, the order contains product(s) such as Guaranteed Savings Offer, Gift Certificate, order level cancellation will not be applicable.
  • In case, user tries to cancel a product which has already been shipped, all the products which are part of the same shipment / package will get cancelled.
  • Cancellation will not be applicable for all the respective products which are part of shipment / package, if the shipment / package is out for delivery.
  • If the product(s) are shipped through India Post delivery service, cancellation will not be applicable for all the respective product(s) which are part of the shipment / package.

Return
Cosmos  provides  its customers an ’Easy return policy’, wherein you can raise a return/exchange request of a product within 5 days of its delivery. We also accept partial returns wherein you can raise a return request for one or all products in your order.

Step 1: Reach out to our Customer Support team via email ([email protected]) within 5 business days of receiving the order.

Step 2: Provide us with your order ID details and your request to return/replace/refund your order. Kindly email an image of the product and the invoice for our reference.

Step 3: We will pick up the products within 2-4 business days. We will initiate the refund or replacement process only if the products are received by us in their original packaging with their seals, labels and barcodes intact.

Returned/exchanged not applicable for the following conditions

  • Product is damaged due to misuse/overuse
  • Returned without original packaging including, price tags, labels, original packing,freebies and other accessories or if original packaging is damaged
  • Serial Number is tampered with.
  • Defective products that are not covered under Seller/Manufacturer’s warranty
  • Product is used or altered
  • If request is initiated after 5 business days of order delivery
  • Free product provided by brand

Categories not eligible for Return:

  • Customized Products (eg: lipsticks, compacts, mascaras, etc) cannot be returned since they are available during select promotions and ordered on demand
  • Personal care appliances cannot be returned due to hygiene issues

Please note: For certain marketing campaigns or mega sale periods, special return/exchange/refund rules may apply. Information regarding this is visible on the promotion banner. For any clarification, please feel free to contact our customer care.

Procedure for damaged or defective item/wrong product in order

In the rare case that your product is damaged during shipment or transit, you can request for a replacement or cancellation and refund.If you have received an item in a damaged/defective condition or have been sent a wrong product, you can follow a few simple steps to initiate your return/refund within 5 days of receiving the order:

Step 1: Contact our Customer Support team via email ([email protected]) within 5 business days of receiving the order.

Step 2: Provide us with your order ID details and your request to return/replace/refund the defective/wrong items in your order. Kindly share an image of the product and the invoice for our reference.

Step 3: We will pick up the products within 2-4 business days. We will initiate the refund or replacement process only if the products are received by us in their original packaging with their seals, labels and barcodes intact.

Note: If it is a case of replacement, it is subject to the availability of stock. In case that replacement may not be available, we will refund you the full amount.

Return of free gift with return a product

The free gift is included as a part of the item order and needs to be returned along with the originally delivered product.

Return of part of the order

A return can be created at item level and if you have ordered multiple items, you can initiate a return/replacement/refund for any individual item. However, any product being returned needs to be returned in full including all components as well as any complimentary gifts or products which came along with it.
Refunds
In case of a return/replacement/refund, we process the refund once the products have been received and verified at our warehouse.

  1. Applicable refund against the Entire Order / Product / Shipment amount will be provided in your respective Cosmos Cash Refund Account
  2. Once the refund amount is added in your Cosmos Cash Refund Account, you can use the credit to place future orders with Cosmos.
  3. Upon successful cancellation of order, applied Coupon Code will be auto released for re-use, provided it is valid and satisfies the code related Terms & Conditions.
  4. In cases, where the user is initiating a cancellation request, basis which the order value is going below Rs. 699 (Excluding COD charges, Shipping charges, Taxes or value reduced after application of coupons or any other offer),Shipping charges would be deducted / recovered from User’s Cosmos Wallet (As a one time deduction). Scenario where a User is initiating cancellation request for order whose value is below Rs. 699/- (Excluding COD charges, Shipping charges, Taxes or value reduced after application of coupons or any other offer), and if the system identifies that even a single product from that order is shipped, shipping charges would be deducted / recovered from User’s Cosmos Wallet (As a one time deduction)
  5. Scenarios where a user is initiating a cancellation request, because of which the order value is going below Rs. 249/- (Excluding COD charges, Shipping charges, Taxes or value reduced after application of coupons or any other offer), cancellation would not be applicable or if applicable, the entire order has to be cancelled.
  6. Gift Wrap refund would be applicable –
    • 1) Only with the cancellation of the last product in the order.
    • 2) No shipment is generated / configured in the order.
  7. Scenarios, where the system identifies that even a single product from the order is shipped, shipping charges would be deducted / recovered from User’s Cosmos Wallet (As a one time deduction) irrespective of the order amount.
  8. In light of the COVID- 19 outbreak, we will not be deducting the shipping charges while processing a cancellation request for all orders placed during the nation-wide lockdown.This is to avoid any inconvenience to our customers.
